Kakegawa Station to Renown Venue shuttle schedule (no reservation necessary, free)
会場には駐車スペースが十分にあります。
駐車料金について：一台500円の支払いでCPI期間中有効です。受け取った駐車券をホテルメインロビー受付で提示し500円を支払って認証を受けると、ゲートでの支払いが不要になります。毎回のゲートでの支払いを避けるため、駐車場に再入場するたびに「ホテルメインロビー」の受付で駐車券を提示してください。駐車券にスタンプを押してもらう必要があります（すでに一回限りの料金を支払ったことを伝えれば、再度の支払いは不要です）。
There are a lot of parking spaces at the venue.
Parking Fee: There is a one time fee of ¥500. Please bring your ticket stub to the front desk and pay your one time fee (you will need to get your parking ticket stamped to avoid payment at the gate). If you are leaving the venue during the conference, you will receive a new parking ticket once you return to the venue. You will need to go back to the front desk and get your ticket stamped to avoid payment at the gate (if you mention that you have already paid your one time fee, you will not need to pay again).

通常料金 ¥1,100（1回限り）割引チケット：2日間連続利用で¥950（あいだの日を飛ばすことはできません）
*ネームタグが割引チケットになります。一度支払うと、ネームタグの裏に日付が押されます。48時間以内は何度でも入れますが、毎回ネームタグを提示してください。ネームタグは他の人と共有しないでください。
*タオルは購入のみ可能ですので、ホテルの部屋からタオルを持参してください。

コインランドリーはホテルノースウィングとサウスウィングにあります。洗剤は機械の横で購入できます。両替はフロントで可能です。
Coin laundry machines and dryers are available in both the Hotel North Wing and Hotel South Wing. Detergent is available for purchase next to the machines. Change is available at the main reception.

家族と一緒でない場合、他の方と同じ部屋になります（シングルベッド5台の大部屋）。各部屋にはバスルームとトイレが別々にあります。鍵は1つしかないので、部屋が解錠状態になる場合もあります。貴重品は常に自分で管理してください。
If you are not coming with your own family, you will be sharing a room with others (large rooms with 5 single beds). Each room has a full bath and a separate toilet. There is only one key to each room so there might be times when your room needs to stay unlocked. Please plan to keep your valuables with you at all times.
メインロビーの地下にゲームルームがあります（コインはゲームルームの機械で購入可能）。
There is a game room in the basement below the main lobby (coins need to be purchased at the machine in the game room).
シャトルバスが公共温泉（森林の湯）まで運行しています。時刻表は各停留場所に掲示されています（ホテルサウスウィング、メインロビー、ホテルノースウィング、森林の湯）。最終バスは22:00ごろに温泉を出発します。
There is a hotel shuttle that takes guests to the public hot springs (Shinrin No Yu). Timetable is located by each pickup/drop off location which is at the Hotel South Wing, Main Lobby, Hotel North Wing and the Shinrin No Yu (last shuttle leaves from the onsen shortly after 22:00)
